Hitman 2

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin was developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive, arriving on Xbox (Original) in North America in 2002. The sequel to Hitman: Codename 47 also marked Agent 47’s console debut, bringing the series’ disguise-driven stealth to a wider audience. Its story finds the retired assassin tending a monastery garden in Sicily until the kidnapping of a priest pulls him back into contract work—a surprisingly quiet starting point for a game about professional murder. The appeal is in treating each assignment as a problem with several possible solutions. Guard uniforms, patrol routes, concealed weapons, and carefully timed movements can matter more than a quick trigger finger, while the coveted Silent Assassin rating encourages restraint rather than a pile of bodies. Missions span locations including Russia, Japan, and India, with Jesper Kyd’s score giving the proceedings a distinctive mix of orchestral drama and electronic tension. It helped establish the deliberate, experimental approach that would define the series. This US copy is complete in box and in good condition.
